Effective: 2026-06-22 Updated: 2026-06-22

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Booqself.

By creating an account, using the platform, or booking an appointment through a Booqself-powered page, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Booqself

Booqself provides appointment management software for businesses. Businesses can manage services, service options, staff or resources, availability, customers, public booking pages, and notifications.

Booqself is not the provider of the services offered by businesses using the platform. The business is responsible for the services it offers, including pricing, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, quality, and customer communication.

3. Accounts

To use dashboard features, users may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring authorized team members use appropriate access levels

Booqself may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused or creates risk to the platform.

4. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Booqself are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate service, price, availability, and resource information
  • Honoring appointments created through their public booking page
  • Managing cancellations, refunds, disputes, and customer support
  • Complying with laws applicable to their business
  • Obtaining necessary customer consent for data collection and communications
  • Ensuring team members access only the information they are authorized to access

5. Customer Bookings

Customers may book appointments through public business pages powered by Booqself.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that the appointment is confirmed unless the business confirms it or the booking page clearly states otherwise.

Appointment details, pricing, service options, availability, and cancellation rules are controlled by the business.

6. Payments

If payment features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Booqself is not responsible for payment provider errors, chargebacks, bank delays, or payment disputes between customers and businesses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Booqself for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to access data that does not belong to you
  • Interfere with platform security or availability
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized communications
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as allowed by law

8. Content and Business Pages

Businesses are responsible for content they publish through Booqself, including names, descriptions, images, services, prices, policies, and public booking pages.

Booqself may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates risk to users, customers, or the platform.

9. Integrations

Booqself may support integrations with communication, automation, email, voice, calendar, analytics, or other third-party services.

When you enable an integration, you authorize Booqself to share the information necessary for that integration to work.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Booqself reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, or reasons outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

Booqself, including its software, design, branding, code, and platform features, is owned by Booqself or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform unless we give written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booqself will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruptions.

14. Termination

You may stop using Booqself at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the platform.
