2. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Booqself does not sell personal information.

The disclosures described below support the service, enabled integrations, and legal or security needs. Privacy laws may define a sale or sharing more broadly than exchanging data for money; this section does not remove any rights available under applicable law.

3. Information Disclosed to Businesses

When a customer books through a business page powered by Booqself, appointment information is disclosed to that business.

This may include:

• Customer name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Appointment date and time
• Selected service
• Selected service option or variant
• Selected staff member or resource
• Address information when required
• Customer notes

The business uses this information to manage, confirm, prepare for, and fulfill the appointment.

Where the customer appointment portal is enabled, a customer who verifies control of an email address can see appointments associated with that email across participating businesses. This customer view does not give one business access to another business's records. Use an email address you control and protect access to that inbox.

4. Customer Information Shared With the Business

When a customer submits a booking request, Booqself shares the booking details with the business that owns the booking page so the business can provide the requested service.

Information	Why it is shared
Customer name	To identify the customer and manage the booking.
Email address	To send confirmations, appointment updates, and business-related communications when applicable.
Phone number	To allow the business to contact the customer about schedule changes, service details, or appointment issues.
Address	To support services that require a customer location, such as home services, mobile services, or location-based bookings.
Selected service and service option	To let the business know what the customer requested and which price or duration applies.
Appointment date and time	To schedule the appointment and manage availability.
Staff member or resource	To assign the appointment to the correct team member, room, equipment, or business resource.
Customer notes	To help the business understand relevant details provided by the customer.

Booqself shares this information only for appointment management, service delivery, customer communication, business operations, and related platform functionality.

5. Information Disclosed to Business Team Members

Businesses may allow owners, admins, staff, or other team members to access appointment, customer, resource, and service information.

The business is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to its team members.

6. Information Disclosed to Service Providers

Booqself may disclose information to service providers that help operate the platform.

These may include providers for:

• Hosting
• Database infrastructure
• File storage
• Authentication
• Email delivery
• Error monitoring
• Analytics
• Security
• Customer support
• Automation and integration processing

Examples in the platform's integrations include Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for business subscription billing, SendGrid for email delivery, and Vapi for enabled voice/chat workflows. Which services process a particular customer's data depends on the feature and deployment. This is not a complete contractual subprocessor register; contact Booqself for the arrangements applicable to your business.

7. Information Disclosed Through Integrations

If a business enables integrations, Booqself may disclose information needed for those integrations to work.

Examples may include:

• Sending appointment confirmations by email
• Sending appointment details to messaging platforms
• Connecting booking workflows to automation tools
• Sending appointment context to voice assistant or AI workflow providers

The specific data disclosed depends on the integration enabled by the business.

For voice/chat, relevant information can include audio or message content, customer-provided contact information, service and availability context, and call metadata. Transcripts and recordings may be accessible to authorized business users when provided by the configured voice service. The voice service may use additional speech and AI providers. Businesses must review that configuration, provide appropriate notices, and obtain any legally required consent before starting recording or other consent-based processing. Do not assume an AI conversation is private from the business or its configured service providers.

8. Information Disclosed for Legal and Safety Reasons

Booqself may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

• Respond to valid legal requests
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of Booqself, users, customers, or the public
• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

Businesses may publish public booking pages through Booqself.

Information shown publicly may include:

• Public location information
• Public contact information
• Services

Businesses are responsible for deciding what information they publish.
